At ZuZu’s Petals our team wants to exceed your expectaions. The first consultation typically takes about an hour, is offered at no fee and will be held in our floral studio. Appointments are scheduled at times to accommodate work hours, out of town clients, and holidays. The time allotted for a consultation will cover the overall style, design and price projection desired for your event. The fee for a consultation held outside of our shop is $45.00 per hour.
After a consultation meeting you will be given a proposal with the projected cost. A 25% retainer fee is required as to secure our services for the event. The full payment is due 14 days before the wedding or event is complete. A contract and invoice is supplied and signed upon agreement. We accept Cash, Check or Credit Cards.
To aid us in this visit, we ask that you fill out our consultation worksheet so we can do some homework before you come. That way, once you arrive, we’ve already come up with some creative ideas in how to accomplish the vision you’ve set forth.
